We do not charge our candidates for placement services. Our platform bridges the gap between aspiring applicants and employers across various sectors.
Candidates willing to apply for any suitable job through us would need to follow certain norms as mentioned below:


  • Candidates must send their resumes to us. Our recruiters will conduct the initial telephonic interview, and if your profile fits a current opening, we will suggest a suitable job opportunity.
  • While facing an interview with any of our clients, you must mention our consultancy on your resume. Or else, you should communicate with the recruitment panel that we have suggested the opening so that the client recognizes it.
  • If our client selects you for any role, you must inform our team and endorse a copy of your appointment/ offer letter for our records.
  • If HiringBox Placement Service selects you for a role on behalf of a client, you will be an employee of the concerned organization. HiringBox Placement Services will not be responsible for any legal matters or disputes between you and the employer.
  • If you are placed with our client through our reference, we cannot help you change your job with another client unless you leave your current position.


Please email the requirements of your company or institution to for further discussions and to begin our search for matching profiles. Our clients need to sign an AGREEMENT with us to get our placement and other services. We will provide recruitment services to your esteemed organization for a specified period, which can be extended on mutual understanding. We will comply with business ethics, health, and safety guidelines while providing services.


Our Consulting Fees
We charge 8.33% of the annual salary of the selected candidate (excluding allowances and performance-based incentives) as our Consultation Fees.
We will submit an invoice after 30 days with a list of candidates who joined through us. Your company/ institution is expected to release our Consulting Fees within 45 days of the selection date of the candidate.
If a candidate leaves the job within 90 days of joining, we will provide a credit note that should be adjusted against the current invoice. The credit note amount will be forfeited in a quarter, or we will settle our account by providing a cheque for the outstanding amount.
